During her professional evolution in international companies (Danone, AXA), Isabelle Ferlin has worked in fields such as Marketing, Audit, Export and Human Resources.
On top of an in-depth knowledge of company functions, she has developed an extensive hands-on experience in a wide range of areas such as as in human resource, project management, people management, organization and development, and HR and Communication strategy.
Isabelle founded her company in 2010, and she’s trained in different practices amongst them:
- Individual Coaching, Team Coaching and Narrative Practice with Médiat-Coaching
- Neurocognitive and Behavioural Approach with INC Paris
- Skills assessment methodology with CNPG
- Personality tests (like MBTI® with Psychometrics Canada) or evaluation of skills and mental capacity
- Systemic Coaching Constellation.
In 2015-2016, Isabelle Ferlin taught at Sciences Po Paris, a Soft Skills program for the 2nd year of the “Organizations and HR management” Master. She started supervising coaches in 2016, and has been certified at International Mozaïk.
In her practice, Isabelle Ferlin leverages in particular systemic thought, collaborative approaches and theory of change.
Accredited EMCC EIA at the level of Master Coach, she’s a member of EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council), and refers to its deontology code in her practice of coaching.
Committed, dynamic, Isabelle deeply believes that everyone can evolve and progress if it is a will. She supports her clients with determination while respecting who they are, by adapting to their challenges, rhythm and constraints. Its mission is to enable everyone, individual or organization, to move forward and progress by valuing and strengthening their resources.
Having worked for 20 years in consumer studies, marketing, communication, sales and management at top multinational companies (Henkel, Lindt&Sprüngli, Taylor Nelson Sofres, L’Oréal), she always continues to ensure her teams keep evolving. Her involvement as president of an association in the education field pushed Laurence Margeat to pursue her career in the human field.
Trained both in Paris and Boston in coaching, narrative approach and positive leadership, she now works as a coach, a narrative practitioner, a consultant and a personal trainer.
Independent since 2013, she devotes herself to guiding professionals, individually and/or in groups through issues related to soft skills, change management, role, communication and career redirection.
Her talent is to get her clients to discover theirs by mobilizing their resources and finding their own solutions. She is indeed convinced that enabling her clients’ talents while respecting their values is the best way to remain dynamic, enthusiastic and above all to happily succeed in becoming the best version of themselves.
In 2015, she co-founded La Pépinière - 4 Seasons Academy a.s.b.l., where she organizes, creates, conceptualizes and delivers positive leadership coaching programs for teenagers in Luxembourg and France.
Her practice is based on the Systemic and Solutions oriented approaches, the neuro-sciences approach and relaxation methods.
