Isabelle Ferlin is the founder ofIf, Consulting and Coaching who works in Luxembourg, Switzerland and Paris. She has been working on personal and organizational development since 1994.
Master Coach, Trainer, Supervisor, Facilitator, she accompanies companies and individuals.
During his career with major international groups (Danone, AXA), Isabelle Ferlin has held positions in Marketing, Audit, Export and Human Resources. In addition to her in-depth knowledge of the company's various businesses, she has developed skills in Organization, Leadership and Team Management, Complex Project Management, Training and Communication.
Independent since 2010In addition, she has extensive professional experience in a variety of trades and practices, including :
- in individual coaching, team coaching, narrative practices at Mediat-Coaching
- with the Neurocognitive and Behavioral Approach at theINC Paris,
- in skills assessment methodology by CNPG,
- the use of personality tools, such as the MBTI® with Psychometrics Canada or even DISC Driving forcesor to assess intellectual skills and aptitudes,
- systemic approach, using organizational constellations in particular,
- to coach supervision through certification with International Mozaïk Paris,
- support for HPI in conjunction with hospitals.
In practice, Isabelle is based in particular on systems thinking, collaborative approaches and the theory of change, Solutions Orientation, organizational constellations and narrative practices.
Accredited EMCC EIA Master Practitioner, she is a member of theEMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council), and refers to its code of ethics in its coaching practice.
