The systemic approach is based on the premise that people are part of a system of complex relationships, in which often unpredictable reactions develop, especially when managers and executives have to manage human change. The challenge of coaching is toopen up new ways of understanding this reality, with tools adapted to the complexity of relationships.

Solution Orientation, a practice developed in the USA in the 50s (as part of the Palo Alto School), focuses on finding new ways for people and organizations to change. Instead of focusing on the problem, the consultant helps the client to identify possible, acceptable alternatives for resolving the issues at hand. By focusing on high-stakes issues and the "here and now", Solutions Orientation enables short interventions with visible and lasting benefits.
Narrative Practices®emerged from the work of Michael WHITE and David EPSTON in the 80s and 90s. The narrative approach highlights what is meaningful to oneself, particularly in terms of values, beliefs and aspirations.
The narrative approach is based on collaborative approaches, which consider that "the customer is the one who knows". It also takes into account social constructionism, which considers that values, beliefs, institutions, customs, labels, laws, etc. are co-constructed by the members of a culture, through their interaction with each other from generation to generation, and from day to day, which of course also applies to the company.
This approach organizes the world of experience no longer in terms of a system or pattern, but rather in terms of history and meaning.

Solution Focused Approach
Solution Focused appraoch is a method centered on customer solutions, developed in the 50s in the United States as part of the Palo Alto School. This practice enables new possibilities for change to be found for people and organizations. Unlike the traditional approach, which focuses on the problem and the reasons why it exists, Solutions Orientation helps the customer to identify possible, acceptable alternatives for solving the problems at hand.
By focusing on strong issues and the here and now, Solutions Focused approach enables short interventions with visible and lasting benefits. This approach is particularly useful for individuals and organizations seeking concrete solutions to complex problems.
